Gannets

A gannet is entangled in a fisher’s net. The birds suffer particularly from the littering of the North Sea. They catch their prey, such as fish, by diving into the sea with rapid dives and thereby get easily entangled in nets. But the birds often also confuse nets with seaweed as nesting material.
